I actually had Oliver visit me on Monday to repair the damage on my car. I was very very pleased with the result and it looks like showroom condition again. I had my car repaired by ChipsAway who cover Manchester and I just wanted to pass on what a fantastic job they did. The car looks amazing, and I’m really delighted.
I’d also like to thank them for being so professional and polite when dealing with me. The man who inspected the car was knowledgeable and very professional, and the gentleman who picked up the car, and I believe actually repaired it, was professional and very friendly too.
Their approach to the business side was excellent as well. The fact that the quote was exactly correct and there were no hidden extra charges was an enormous relief, added to the fact that the times and dates, when the car was to be collected and be made ready, were also maintained. (This in itself is rare!)
In this day and age you often expect to make allowances, and half expect to be disappointed or let down, perhaps only in small small way. It was therefore a delight when ChipsAway in Manchester exceeded my expectations.

I would like to congratulate you on the excellent service I have just received.
I had many a surface scratch and indeed a few scuffs and the odd stone chip on my Skoda Octavia. On Saturday I e-mailed ChipsAway and within the hour a representitive was here doing a quotation.
The car now looks brand new (today being Tuesday) and I was almost tempted to ask for a complete respray due to the worksmanship on show, all credit to the repairer, he worked through rain, snow and hail a true ‘Grafter’ and a throughly nice bloke.
Once again, thank you for making my car look as good as I knew it could.
I will not heitate to recommend you to friends and family, might I recommend an advertising campaign as I feel that keeping you to myself is unfair on the world.

Mr Simon Hogg called Head Office today regarding a repair by Matthaw. He was calling to say how extremely pleased he has been with the service. He was very complimentary about how polite and helpful the team were processing his enquiry. Neil contacted him and went to see him the next day and reassured him that he would be able to assist. Mr Hogg advised that Matthew was very professional, right through from the way he presented himself to the Van. Matthew was extremely pleasant, on time and the repair was completed with two hours with no mess.

I just wanted to get in touch to say that Matt did a fantastic job on both mine and my wife’s car. My wife’s VW beetle had a very bad score along the front passenger side bumper and after a couple of hours of work from Matt, the bumper is brand new. You honestly would not know that anything had happened. My own car was very badly stone chipped (BLACK Mercedes) due to the car being metallic black you can spot any blemishes on the paint from a mile away. Standing back from the car now, you honestly can’t spot them. On a very close inspection I actually found it hard to locate where they had been.
I am very particular about my car and very fussy about the paint finish. I am absolutely delighted with the end result far better than I expected and would not hesitate in passing on his name.

I was really delighted with the work carried out on my car by Chips Away. Matthew did a marvellous job and worked really fast and efficiently. The damage to my car looked awful and I honestly didn’t think Chips Away could repair it, so I was thrilled when Matthew said it wouldn’t be a problem – and even more thrilled when I saw the end result.
